It is advisable to clear the CloudExtend cache after making permission adjustments or performing troubleshooting to ensure that the new updates take effect. Clearing the cache will result in the removal of stored data for any affected app.
⚠️ Note: Clearing the cache will sign you out of your current session. Any filter and form customizations within the app will restated to the default setup.
Step 1: Click the three dots and go to Settings.
Step 2: Select Clear Cache,
Step 3: Sign back in and reapply any customizations on your filter and forms within the CloudExtend application.
