Overview

Calendar Autopilot automates calendar synchronization between Outlook and NetSuite, keeping your meetings, updates, and cancellations perfectly aligned across both systems.

With bi-directional sync, events created in Outlook appear in NetSuite instantly and events created in NetSuite appear in Outlook just as seamlessly.

Admins can configure sync direction (one-way or two-way), manage users, and control access through the CloudExtend Subscription Portal


💰 Pricing

Calendar Autopilot is available under two pricing models as an add-on to your existing ExtendSync email subscription or as a standalone product.

Option 1: For Customers with ExtendSync Email Applications (Add-On)

If you already subscribe to a ExtendSync Outlook, Calendar Autopilot enhances your existing calendar sync by making it automatic and real time.

Key Benefits:

  • Automatically sync events between Outlook and NetSuite, no manual linking required.

  • Add, update, move, or delete events directly from Outlook.

  • Automatically sync events to matching NetSuite entity records and attendee calendars.

  • Enable bi-directional sync (Outlook ⇄ NetSuite).

Pricing:

  • $1,000 platform fee (one-time setup per account)

  • $5 per user / month


Option 2: For Customers Without a CloudExtend Email Subscription (Standalone)

If you’re not currently using a CloudExtend email application, Calendar Autopilot can still be purchased and used independently.

Pricing:

  • $1,000 platform fee (one-time setup per account)

  • $10 per user / month
