Historical Reference on Issue Below

Issue Overview:

During the 1st week of May users started reporting issues with their Calendar Autopilot Sync (from Outlook to NetSuite). The calendar events created or modified in Oulook were taking a very long time to sync to NetSuite. There is a possibility that events you updated or created on or after May 1, 2024 are still not in NetSuite. This issue is only happening with Outlook to NetSuite Calendar Sync. NetSuite to Outlook is working without any issues.

Here are the details of the disruption and the actions we are taking:

Nature of Disruption:

If you have Outlook to NetSuite calendar sync enabled for your organization, and you have created or updated Calendar events in your Outlook on or after May 1, 2024, then there is an issue which is causing events to take a very long time to sync to NetSuite. The sync is not as immediate as it used to be. Some of the events might not have synced till now.

Actions Taken:

We have identified the root cause of the issue. We are implementing necessary fixes and updates to restore the service to its optimal state.

Expected Resolution Time:

This issue is now resolved and you should see all your events sync to NetSuite as the queue clears. Older events created or updated from May 1, 2024 should also sync to your NetSuite account.
