You can use ExtendSync to search and view NetSuite records directly from Outlook even without attaching an email.
This makes it easy to look up customer, transaction, or support information without leaving your inbox.
Steps to Search and View Records
Step 1: Use the search box
In the ExtendSync panel, use the Search box to look for any NetSuite record.
This search mimics your NetSuite global search and returns relevant records based on your keyword.

Step 2: Select the Record
Type your keyword such as a customer name, transaction ID, or record title.
ExtendSync will display a list of matching NetSuite records.
Click on the desired record to add it to your Available Records list in the panel.
Step 3: View the Record in NetSuite
In the ExtendSync panel, hover over the record name.
Click the View in NetSuite button.
The record will open in your browser, allowing you to see full details directly in NetSuite.
