From your ExtendSync Home page, you can see whether your Email Autopilot and Attachment Autopilot associations are running smoothly all at a glance.
What Is Autopilot Status?
The Autopilot Status appears on the ExtendSync Home page.
It automatically refreshes every hour to show the current state of your Autopilot associations.
If any email or file association fails, an alert will appear in the status section.

Open your Logs to review your saved email activities, including successful, failed, and pending associations.
Handling Errors
If an Autopilot association fails โ whether for an email or an attachment โ you can:
Open your Logs to review the failure details.
Identify the affected email or NetSuite record.
Re-save or manually re-attach the email as needed.
