You may encounter the following error when running or executing scheduled jobs:

Invalid configuration in the deployment for environment


Issue

This issue occurs when a required environment parameter is missing or incorrectly set in a NetSuite RESTlet script deployment.

Specifically, the deployment used to fetch scheduled task results is missing the correct environment value, which prevents ExtendInsights from completing scheduled executions.

Resolution

To resolve this, NetSuite Administrator role (or a role with permission to manage script deployments) is needed.

  1. In NetSuite, go to:
    ​Customization β†’ Scripting β†’ Script Deployments

  2. Search for the deployment using either of the following:

    • Deployment ID: customdeploy_cexl_fetch_ntask_results

    • Name: CloudExtend Excel - NTask Results Fetcher

  3. Click Edit on the deployment.

  4. Go to the Parameters subtab.

  5. Set the environment parameter value to:

    • Value: prod

  6. Click Save.

πŸ’‘ Note: After saving, scheduled runs should resume normally.
