Transfer orders enable you to track items in transit between two locations. As a standard inventory management procedure, you may need to request to transfer materials into the warehouse from one location to another.
In this video, we are going to show you how to create Transfer order via Excel using ExtendInsights for Data Management NetSuite.

Creating Transfer Orders
Step 1: Populate location and then put value to where the goods will be transferred on the Transfer Location field.
Step 2: Add the items and add the quantity associated with the items.
Step 3: Click Upload to NetSuite then Upload Records and it will generate a new Transfer Order. It will generate the internal ID for the record successfully pushed to NetSuite.
How to Check New Transfer Order in NetSuite
Tran ID is automatically populated in NetSuite. Even if you did not put any data. NetSuite will generate Tran ID in NetSuite.
We have added the Tran ID field in the template, you can use that to easily search your newly created record in NetSuite.
Step 1: After a record has been created, click Reload Records then refresh the value of the data in the table. It will give an automatically generated Tran ID. Copy the Tran ID value.
Step 2: In NetSuite, go to the search box and paste or type the Tran ID.
