About this Release
This release delivers a refreshed layout for the connector configuration panel across HubSpot, Salesforce, Chargebee, and Stripe, along with several HubSpot-specific usability improvements and fixes for NetSuite connection handling and background upload status.
This is a user experience update only ā no existing templates, schedules, or saved configurations are affected, and no action is required after upgrading.
What Has Changed in This Release
Enhancements
Streamlined connector panel layout
The configuration panel for HubSpot, Salesforce, Chargebee, and Stripe connectors has been reorganized for a faster, clearer workflow:
Overall spacing has been reduced so more of the panel is visible without scrolling.
"Proceed" has been replaced with Insert Template, since inserting the template is the expected first step. Once inserted, the Configure section automatically collapses, and the Actions section automatically expands.
Preview (along with Download, Upload, Refresh, and Delete) now lives in the Actions section, consolidating all data operations in one place.
Save Template and Assign Schedule have moved to the bottom of the panel, reflecting that they are typically used once the template is set up.
Note: This layout change does not affect Google Analytics and NetSuite connectors.
Clearer HubSpot object naming
Object names in the HubSpot field selector and filter dropdown no longer look identical when the same object appears as both a primary object and an association. Primary objects are now labelled (Primary), and self-referencing associations are labeled (Association), so the correct object is easy to identify.
Transparency on HubSpot's 10,000-row download limit
Filtered HubSpot downloads that exceed HubSpot's 10,000-record limit previously completed silently with no indication of truncated data. A dismissible banner now appears whenever a filtered download is truncated, letting you know to narrow your filters and download the remaining records in batches. Downloads under the limit are unaffected and show no banner.
Bug Fixes
NetSuite
Fixed an issue where reports failed to load with a "NetSuite Authentication failed" error after a connection's access token was revoked in NetSuite and the connection was subsequently updated. Updating a connection now correctly refreshes report access.
Fixed an issue in Data Management where the upload progress screen continued to display indefinitely after an upload to NetSuite had already completed, caused by completed jobs being re-added to the internal processing queue.
HubSpot
Fixed a timezone issue that caused HubSpot filters to return incorrect (or no) results when filtering on today's date.

List Search ā The list dropdown now supports searching by list name, making it faster to find and select the right list when working with large HubSpot accounts.
Date Filter Accuracy ā Date filters now use the correct date field per object type. For example, Form submissions are now filtered by submission date rather than created date, ensuring data matches what you see in HubSpot.
Field Ordering ā Fields are now displayed in the order the user selected them, rather than alphabetically.
Analytics Filter Column Names ā Column names in Analytics object filters now reflect the actual filter field name, removing ambiguity when applying filters across different analytics objects.
Proceed Popup ā The "Proceed" popup now appears even when data on the sheet was not originally pulled from CloudExtend, ensuring users are always prompted before overwriting existing data.
Record ID Format ā Record IDs are now displayed as plain numbers instead of scientific notation.
Picklist Resolution ā Picklist values now resolve correctly even when a large number of values are copied and pasted from another sheet.
Deal Owner Name Resolution ā Deal owner IDs now resolve to names including archived owners, ensuring historical records display correctly.
Override Changes Behavior ā Applying a filter and clicking "Override Changes" now correctly clears old data from the sheet instead of retaining stale results.
ID/Name Filtering for Analytics ā Breakdown ID filtering is now supported across HubSpot Analytics objects including Form Analytics, Page Analytics, Web Traffic, Social Assists, and Marketing Emails.
Fixed Issues
HubSpot
Filters dialog unresponsive: The application was becoming unresponsive when searching or selecting fields in the Filters dialog, requiring a page refresh to recover. This is now fixed.
NetSuite
SuiteQL report scheduling timeout: Scheduling a SuiteQL report was failing due to a timeout error. This is now fixed.
Schedule drive location: When creating or assigning a schedule, the drive location lookup was not returning all relevant SharePoint sites in the user's domain. The lookup now uses a reliable Microsoft Graph endpoint and returns complete results.

Generic File Open Error ā Resolved an issue that caused the add-in to fail on load for some users. The fix optimizes how table ranges are retrieved on file open, significantly reducing the frequency of this error.

ExtendInsights can now generate SuiteQL queries from natural-language prompts.

Enhanced Date Handling
When downloading data to ExtendInsights, itās essential that the information remains accurate and follows the correct format. ExtendInsights made an enhancement to make sure that date format from NetSuite will be the same when downloaded into Excel.
If the date format in NetSuite has been updated and youāre using saved searches that include date values, the data in your workbook may no longer match the updated format.
To ensure consistency, users must reverify the bundle and redownload data using the latest date format settings.

NetSuite Analytics ā Add Filters on Saved Searches
The NetSuite Analytics integration now allows filtering of Saved Search reports directly within ExtendInsights. Instead of returning to NetSuite to update filters, users can apply one or many filters natively inside the application.
Availability and Scope
Works inside ExtendInsights ā NetSuite ā Analytics (Saved Searches).
If a Saved Search is not eligible, the Filter option will be disabled in the three-dot menu.
Prerequisites
You have an active NetSuite connection in ExtendInsights.
You can view the target Saved Search in the Reports tab.
You have permission to view the fields you intend to filter on.
Step-by-Step
Open and check eligibility
Navigate to NetSuite ā Analytics ā Reports.
Locate your Saved Search and click the three-dot menu.
If the Filter option is available, the search supports filtering.
Apply and save filter
Click Filter to open the filter panel.
Choose a Field, select an Operator, and enter a Value.
Add additional filters if needed (ExtendInsights supports multiple filters per search).
After applying filters, click Save.
Enter a new name (you cannot reuse the original Saved Search name).
Confirm to save. The new version will appear in Reports with a Custom tag.
Manage and use Custom searches
Use the filter icon in the Reports tab to toggle between Standard and Custom searches.
Connection-level filters continue to apply to both Standard and Custom searches.
You can rename a Custom search from its three-dot menu.
Schedule Saved Searches (Optional)
Custom searches can be scheduled the same way as Standard searches.

Notes & Limitations
ExtendInsights currently uses the 2024.2 version of NetSuite WSDL. Because of this:
Some Saved Search types do not support additional filters
For those that do support filters, the filter option is enabled
The available fields for filtering may differ from what you see inside NetSuite directly.
Supported fields and operators are fully governed by NetSuiteās API and may not always match your Saved Search definition.
Original Saved Searches remain unchanged; saving creates a Custom variant inside ExtendInsights.
NetSuite Data Management ā Filter Organizational Templates
Users can now filter Organizational Templates in the Custom Templates screen. The filter icon is available to separate organizational templates from user-created custom templates, giving better control and visibility.

Templates can be stored and reused across different workbooks or sheets. ExtendInsights also allows you to update templates so they align with your NetSuite input form. See here to learn more.
HubSpot ā Updated User Interface
The HubSpot integration has been redesigned for consistency and usability. The refreshed interface now matches the look and feel of Salesforce, Chargebee, and Stripe, making navigation easier and more intuitive.

NetSuite Data Management
:empty:Field Clearing:
The issue where:empty:values in Excel cells did not clear the field in regular upload has been fixed. The behaviour is now consistent across both regular and background uploads.Picklist Type and Tab Resolution:
An issue preventing picklists from auto-resolving using type and tab has been corrected. Picklists now function as expected.
Chargebee & Stripe
Filter Issues:
Filters for Chargebee and Stripe were not working as expected in certain cases. This has been resolved, and filters now apply correctly across all supported fields.
