ExtendSync Google | How to Activate CloudExtend Component

Updated today

ExtendSync licenses are managed inside NetSuite using the Celigo License Manager.

Before allocating user licenses, you must activate each CloudExtend component your organization will use.

This guide walks you through creating trial or purchased licenses for Gmail, GDocs, and (optional) Calendar Autopilot.

How to Add CloudExtend Components

  1. In NetSuite, go to:
Setup → Custom → Celigo License Manager

You will see a list of available CloudExtend components.

  2. Select a Component. Click on one of the following:

    • CloudExtend Gmail

    • CloudExtend GDocs

    • CloudExtend Google Calendar (Add-On: Calendar Autopilot)

Then click Create Trial License or Activate License (if you have a purchased license).

  3. Enter Company Name and Contact Information and hit Next.
⚠️ Important: Do not add www to your Web Site.

  4. If needed, enter your Company Domain then Next.

  5. Hit Click then Home. It will bring you back to the Celigo License Manager.

  6. Repeat steps for All Components.

Create a trial/purchased license for each component your org will use:

    • CloudExtend Gmail → Required

    • CloudExtend GDocs → Required for Google Drive Tab

    • CloudExtend Google Calendar → Only if using Calendar Autopilot Add-On

      Make sure each component shows:

      License Status: Active
