How to Use ExtendSync with Multiple Google Mailboxes
ExtendSync authenticates using your Google account identity.
To use multiple Gmail mailboxes, choose one of the following workflows:
Option 1: Use Separate Google Chrome Profiles (Recommended)
This is the best and easiest method if you want to use multiple mailboxes at the same time.
Example Setup:
Google Profile 1 → signed into gmail1@yourcompany.com
Google Profile 2 → signed into gmail2@yourcompany.com
ExtendSync will correctly detect the Google account active in each profile.
👍 Benefits:
Use both mailboxes simultaneously
No need to sign in and out
Keeps Google data, bookmarks, and cookies cleanly separated
Option 2: Switch Accounts in the Same Browser Window (Less Convenient)
If you prefer to use only one browser window, you may switch Gmail accounts manually.
However, note that:
You must log out of the current Gmail account
Then log into the other Gmail account
Then reopen ExtendSync
This works but switching profiles frequently is less efficient.
