ExtendSync typically syncs events from Netsuite to Google in real-time. Syncing from Google to Netsuite, however, is batch-based and typically runs every 30 minutes.
From time to time an individual user may want to sync their events right away therefore we provide a portlet that gives each user the ability to start their import on demand if needed.

Step 1: Navigate to the NetSuite page and dashboard where you'd like to add this functionality.

Step 2: Click on Personalize.

Step 3: Add a Custom Portlet.

Step 4: Click Set Up.

Step 5: Select Celigo CloudExtend Calendar Import.

Step 6: Click Import your events now.
