Answer:

Deleting the bundle will delete all the custom records associated with CloudExtend Google Apps and all Google Drive subtab file associations. Losing the file associations means any files or folders previously attached will be removed and will only be available in Google Drive.

Emails and attachments synced using ExtendSync Google will persist.
