Follow the below steps to exclude inactive records from your search results.

Step 1: In NetSuite, Navigate to Set Preferences.

Step 2: Go to the Analytics tab.

Step 3: Make sure the INCLUDE INACTIVES IN GLOBAL AND QUICK SEARCH is unchecked.
