Learn where emails get stored in NetSuite when you use ExtendSync!
Change Alert: If you were using our legacy extension your emails were saved twice, once on the native NetSuite communications tab and also on a custom tab called Gmail. This feature is now deprecated as we follow native NetSuite functionality and store emails only once and display them on the Communications tab. Files also follow native NetSuite functionality and are stored in the native Attachments Sent/Received folder. A link to the file is available from the Communications tab.
