ExtendSync for Outlook now supports saving and associating emails to both native and custom records and transactions in NetSuite.
This means you can link emails directly to your organization’s custom NetSuite record types, just as easily as you can with standard records like Customers, Contacts, or Opportunities.
How to Enable Custom Records and Transactions
Step 1: Go to Settings and select Configure Records Filter.
Step 2: Use the search box or browse the list to find and include the desired Custom Record or Custom Transaction in the lookup.
Associating Emails to Custom Records and Transactions
After configuring your settings:
ExtendSync will automatically display related custom records or transactions in the Available Records list for the current email.
You can manually search for any custom transaction or record using Global Search.
You can also enable Thread-Based Autopilot or Email Address-Based Autopilot to automate syncing for these records.

You can include both standard and custom record types in your filter. This helps streamline your workflow by showing only the records most relevant to your role or business process.
