OneDrive and Sharepoint Sync: How to use CloudExtend files tab for Inventory Item

ExtendSync Outlook | Learn how to add CloudExtend files to Inventory Items

Updated yesterday

The CloudExtend Files tab allows you to view and manage OneDrive for Business and SharePoint file links directly from NetSuite records β€” including Inventory Items.

By default, the CloudExtend Files tab is deployed on Customer and Contact records, but administrators can add it to other record types such as Inventory Parts.

About Inventory Item Record Types

πŸ’‘ Tip:
NetSuite Inventory Items include multiple record types:

  • Inventory Part

  • Lot Numbered Inventory Item

  • Serialized Inventory Item

Each record type requires its own deployment of the CloudExtend Files tab.
