If certain NetSuite roles should not have access to the CloudExtend Files tab, you can restrict or hide the tab by adjusting the script deployment audience.
This change can be reversed at any time by updating the audience settings.
How It Works
The CloudExtend Files tab(OneDrive and SharePoint Integration) is controlled by a NetSuite User Event Script:
celigo-ce-fs-tab-entrypoint.
By modifying the script’s Audience settings, you can control which roles see the button.
How to Restrict Access by Role
Step 1: Navigate to Customization >Scripting > Scripts and click Edit.
Step 2: Look for Script celigo-ce-fs-tab-entrypoint and from Bundle 244864. Click on Edit and navigate to Deployments tab.
Step 3: Click on View and navigate to the Deployments tab.
Select from the record type list and remove the roles that need to be restricted.
Step 4: Save.
