Using Templates

You can make use of your native NetSuite templates when composing an email and also make edits as you wish before sending emails via Outlook.

What You Can Do

  • Compose an email using native NetSuite email templates.

  • Edit the content before sending (subject line, message body, or attachments).

  • Include attachments from Netsuite File Cabinet or upload new files to File Cabinet and attach.

  • Send via Outlook while maintaining a complete record of the message in both systems.

Where Sent Emails Appear

Once sent, it would be visible in:

  • Outlook Sent items

  • Communication tab in NetSuite

Additional Benefits

  • Replies to thread will automatically sync to NetSuite using Thread AP feature.

  2. Search for files in the NetSuite File Cabinet, or upload new files from your computer.

  3. Attach them to your message before sending via Outlook.

  • For an email, the individual attachment file that is supported is up to 10 MB.

  • The total email size limit should not exceed 25 MB.
