To display KPI data on your dashboard, you need to add teh key Performance Indicator portlet to the page. This will give you better visual of ExtendSync usage.
Build the saved searches before performing the steps below:
Emails Attached via ExtendSync – [Click here to set up the saved search]
Events Synced – [Click here to set up the saved search]
Storage Savings from OneDrive and SharePoint Integration (for Outlook Only) – [Click here to set up the saved search]
Adding the Key Performance Indicator Portlet
Step 1: Click Personalize Dashboard > Key Performance Indicators item.
The portlet appears on the page, displaying default or previously selected KPI data.
Step 2: Hover over the upper-right corner of the portlet and click the three dots then choose Set Up.
Step 3: Click on Custom KPI and search for the following (this will depend on the names of the saved searches configured:
📧 Emails saved with ExtendSync
📅 Outlook Events Created by ExtendSync
💾 OneDrive/SharePoint Storage Savings with ExtendSync
Step 4: Tick the headline check boxes.
Step 5: Set Hightlight if to Always then save setup and your done!
