Admin: Enable or Disable ExtendSync Outlook Calendar Autopilot for Users

ExtendSync Outlook | Enable Calendar Autopilot for sselected users

Updated this week

Admins can easily enable or disable Calendar Autopilot for specific users in their organization through the CloudExtend Subscription Portal.

Calendar Autopilot automatically syncs events between Outlook and NetSuite, ensuring all updates, attendee changes, and cancellations are accurately reflected in both systems.

How to Enable or Disable Calendar Autopilot for Users

Step 1: Visit subscriptions.cloudextend.io and log in to the Admin Portal with your Microsoft ID (this was previously provided to your Customer Success Manager and is typically your Microsoft 365 email address).

Step 2: Go to Manage Licences> Account> Calendar Autopilot

Step 3: Configure Autopilot

Step 4: Go to Assign Users(1) and review the email addresses of users to whom Calendar Autopilot should be enabled.

What to Expect After Activation

πŸ’‘ Note

It can take up to 24 hours to be enabled

Calendar Autopilot will be enabled for end users approximately 24 hours after it is enabled by the Admin.

Once enabled:

  • All new events created in Outlook will automatically sync to NetSuite.

  • Changes, deletions, or attendee updates in Outlook are reflected in NetSuite.

  • Event details such as time, date, agenda, and attendees remain synchronized.

How Outlook Events Sync with NetSuite

For events with attendees, ExtendSync automatically associates the event with relevant NetSuite records in this order of priority:

Employee > Contact > Customer > Vendor > Lead> Prospect > Partner > Job
