For organizations that have ExtendSync for Outlook NetSuite

Prerequisites

  1. The admin assigned to login to subscriptions.cloudextend.io

  2. A user with NetSuite admin rights

  3. User ExtendSync License


Review Outlook add-in requirement

ExtendSync works with the following supported Outlook clients:

βš™οΈ Connection requirements:

  • The Outlook client must be connected directly to Microsoft 365 or Exchange Online.

  • When setting up Outlook, users must select an account type of Exchange, Office 365, or Outlook.com.

  • If the client is configured with POP3 or IMAP, add-ins will not load and ExtendSync will not function.

πŸ’‘ Tip: For best performance, we recommend using Outlook with a Microsoft 365 subscription connected to Exchange Online.

6. Install ExtendSync Outlook Add-in

End Users

Install the Outlook add-in, sign in with Microsoft 365, and connect to NetSuite.
