Issue
In NetSuite, when sending an email using the Email using CloudExtend button on project or jobs.
Error message showing:
The record you are attempting to load has a different type: job from the type specified customer.
Cause
The reason of error on project records was due to mismatched record types between systems.
Resolution
There is no resolution available at this time. Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue and will provide an update once a fix has been released.
