Issue
In NetSuite, when sending an email using the Email using CloudExtend button on project or jobs.
Error message showing:
The record you are attempting to load has a different type: job from the type specified customer.
Cause
The reason of error on project records was due to mismatched record types between systems.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved. Users can now send emails from a project or job record in NetSuite using the Email using CloudExtend button.
