Troubleshooting: Auto Create Record Failure

ExtendDocs | Learn how to resolve "Auto Create Record Failure" Alerts

Updated yesterday

During the initial setup, the CloudExtend Admin at your company configured your integration via the CloudExtend Admin Portal. This configuration created a secure connection to NetSuite for ExtendDocs to use.

If you are receiving the Auto Create Record failure alert this typically means that your Admin's tokens were revoked, either because the admin changed or someone revoked them in NetSuite.

Regardless of how it happened, the fix is straightforward.

Your Admin should login to the CloudExtend Admin Portal and follow the 3 simple steps below:

  1. Select "Configure" under Auto create folders in NetSuite

  2. Select "Re-Authorize" under NetSuite Authorization for the Organization

  3. Click Save

Users should no longer receive auto create folder errors.
