FAQ: Global Autopilot Awareness Banners

ExtendSync Outlook | Know whether Global Autopilot is active for your mailbox

To help Enterprise users understand their organization's email automation status, ExtendSync now displays Global Autopilot awareness banners within the add-in.

These banners let users know whether Global Autopilot has already been configured for their mailbox or whether their administrator still needs to enable it.

If Global Autopilot Is Enabled

When your organization has enabled Global Autopilot and your mailbox is enrolled, you'll see a confirmation banner indicating that Global Autopilot is active.

The banner confirms that:

  • Your emails are being automatically synchronized to NetSuite

  • No additional configuration is required

  • Your administrator manages the Global Autopilot settings

If Global Autopilot Has Not Been Configured

If your organization has an Enterprise subscription but Global Autopilot has not yet been enabled, the add-in will display a notification banner.

The banner encourages users to contact their CloudExtend administrator to enable Global Autopilot for the organization.

Why Am I Seeing This Banner?

  • Discover organization-wide email automation capabilities

  • Know who to contact if they want Global Autopilot enabled

The banner is informational only and does not affect existing ExtendSync functionality.
