Only CloudExtend administrators can disable or modify Global Autopilot.
This article explains how to:
Remove individual users from Global Autopilot
Disable Global Autopilot for your entire organization
Can End Users Disable Global Autopilot?
No. Global Autopilot is configured and controlled exclusively by admins. If you're an end user and want to stop your emails from syncing via Global Autopilot, contact your CloudExtend administrator.
Option 1: Remove Individual Users
Use this option if you want to stop syncing emails for specific users while keeping Global Autopilot enabled for everyone else.
Log in to the CloudExtend Portal:
👉 https://portal.cloudextend.app/Navigate to: Subscriptions → ExtendSync for Outlook
Open the Global Autopilot tab.
Go to the Select Users tab, deselect the users you want to remove.
Click Continue and save your changes.
Result
Selected users are removed from Global Autopilot.
Remaining users continue syncing normally.
Previously synced emails remain unchanged in NetSuite.
Option 2: Deactivate Global Autopilot Entirely
Log in to the CloudExtend Portal:
👉 https://portal.cloudextend.app/Navigate to: Subscriptions → ExtendSync for Outlook
Open the Global Autopilot tab.
Toggle Enable Global Autopilot to Off.
Save your changes.
Result
Global Autopilot immediately stops processing new emails.
No new emails will be synced through Global Autopilot.
Existing email records already stored in NetSuite remain unchanged.
What Happens to Previously Synced Emails?
Disabling Global Autopilot does not delete, modify, or remove emails that were already synced. Any emails previously attached to NetSuite remain available and continue to appear on their associated records. Only future email synchronization is affected.
