Reloading ExtendSync is a quick way to resolve issues such as:
The app not loading due to cached data
Records taking too long to appear
General UI or loading inconsistencies
Refreshing forces Outlook to reload ExtendSync.
How to Reload ExtendSync
Right-click anywhere inside the ExtendSync panel.
Select Refresh (or Reload, depending on your Outlook client).
