Reloading ExtendSync is a quick way to resolve issues such as:

  • The app not loading due to cached data

  • Records taking too long to appear

  • General UI or loading inconsistencies

Refreshing forces Outlook to reload ExtendSync.


How to Reload ExtendSync

  1. Right-click anywhere inside the ExtendSync panel.

  2. Select Refresh (or Reload, depending on your Outlook client).

If the right-click menu doesn’t appear:

  • Click once inside the ExtendSync panel to give it focus

  • Press F5 on your keyboard to reload the add-in
