ExtendSync for Outlook NetSuite allows users to attach multiple files from an email when saving to NetSuite.
However, NetSuite enforces specific file size limits for email attachments uploaded through its API.
File Size Limits
Maximum size per individual attachment: 10 MB
Maximum total email size (including attachments): 25 MB
You can attach an unlimited number of files, but each file must comply with the 10 MB per file limit.
⚠️ Note: These limits are set by NetSuite’s File Cabinet and API, not by ExtendSync.
Files exceeding these limits will be rejected during upload.
