Customers often need to create or update multiple related objects at the same time. In the video above (1:27) we focus on creating Account and Contacts at the same time. This can be extended for many business use cases. For example, an Account may contact you to let you know they have a new domain and all employee emails now with @newdomain.com. Using CloudExtend Excel for Salesforce you can retrieve both the Account and all the associated Contacts in seconds. Next, do a find/replace all on the domain name and push your data back to Salesforce.
Sure beats editing one contact at a time, doesn't it?
