Admin: Install ExtendSync for Outlook NetSuite Performance Bundle

ExtendSync Outlook | Learn how to install the NetSuite bundle to take advantage of additional features

The ExtendSync for Outlook NetSuite Performance Bundle (Bundle ID: 244864) is publicly available for all NetSuite users and can be installed directly into your organization’s NetSuite account.

Ask your NetSuite Administrator to complete the installation.

Installing the bundle

ℹ️ NetSuite Admin may be required to install this bundle.

After installation:

  • Users who are currently logged in should log out and back in to NetSuite.

  • If the bundle connection is missing, users will see a warning on the ExtendSync connection screen.

If users are not connected to the bundle they will see a warning on the connection screen.


Verify if ExtendSync Bundle is Installed

If you’re not sure whether the bundle is already installed, follow these steps:

Step 1: In NetSuite, navigate to:

Customization > SuiteBundler > Search and Install Bundles > List

Step 2: Search for Celigo CloudExtend Outlook (244864). If it appears in the list, the bundle is installed and active.


Troubleshooting Bundle Error

If you have confirmed the bundle has been installed and are still seeing the error message try the steps below.

  1. Close the Add-in (x a top right), navigate to another email, and then re-open the add-in and check for the bundle connection.

  2. If the above does not work log out, follow the steps here, close Outlook, restart Outlook, and log back in be sure to log in to the account where you have the bundle installed.

  3. Make sure their role is not a WEB SERVICES ONLY ROLE (verify this by viewing the role and checking that Web Services Only Role is not Enabled).
