Customers on all CloudExtend Outlook Editions, including free, can take advantage of CloudExtend's bundle based search technology which is 2-3x the normal speed. In addition, these same customers can add more than 4 record types to their auto search (learn more here).
Once your NetSuite Admin has deployed the bundle end users must log out of the App one time by selecting the menu icon (3 dots at top right) and then choosing 'logout'.
How do I know if I'm connected?
If you're not connected to the bundle you will see a warning at the top of the App. Click the 3 dots and scroll to the bottom to check your bundle status.
If you're not seeing the bundle.
- Check with your NetSuite Admin that they have installed the bundle per the instructions here.
- Sign out of the app and back in again by clicking the menu icon and logout.
IMPORTANT, when you sign back in make sure you are logging into the correct account that has the bundle installed. The most common mistake we've seen is customers logging in to a sandbox account that did not have the bundle installed, or, the reverse, the bundle is installed in sandbox and not in production.
- If your Admin has installed the bundle and you still don't see it after logging out and back in, please ask your Admin to contact us by clicking the chat icon at the bottom right of this window.
- Make sure your role is not a web services only role (your NetSuite admin can verify this for you by viewing your role and checking that 'web services only role' is not enabled.
