ExtendSync Outlook | Learn how to determine if you are connected to the Outlook bundle

Customers on all ExtendSync Outlook Editions, including free, can take advantage of CloudExtend's bundle-based search technology which is 2-3x the normal speed. In addition, these same customers can add more than 4 record types to their auto search.

Once your NetSuite Admin has deployed the bundle end users must log out of the App. 👉 Follow the instructions here.

How do I know if I'm connected?

If you're not connected to the bundle you will see a warning when you go to Menu > Connections. It will say that Bundle is not installed.
