Get back to work faster after attaching
After a user selects a save method, ExtendSync immediately adds the email and files (if included) to a processing queue in NetSuite where it ultimately gets attached to the desired NetSuite record. This allows users to get back to work immediately while letting NetSuite process the email and attachments in the background.
How long does it take for the email to attach to NetSuite?
In most cases, emails and attachments are attached to NetSuite within a few seconds.
However, processing time can vary based on:
Your NetSuite account’s available resources
The size of attachments
The number of queued requests being processed at that time
💡 Tip: Larger attachments or high NetSuite workloads may take longer to complete.
What If My Email Doesn’t Appear in NetSuite?
If your email hasn’t appeared in NetSuite after a short period, it may have encountered an error.
✅ Check Your Logs
In ExtendSync, go to Menu → Logs.
Review the list of recent activity — logs are stored for 14 days.
Check the Status column to confirm if the email association succeeded or failed.
For Admins: Check NetSuite Web Services Logs
Admins can verify whether the email association was successfully processed in NetSuite by reviewing the Web Services Process Status Log.
