Overview

Subscription Admins can log into https://subscriptions.cloudextend.io with their Microsoft account to manage end-user licenses and assign other administrators.


Requirements

  • Enterprise Edition subscription is required.

  • Email Autopilot must be enabled. [Click here] to learn how to enable ExtendSync Autopilot for emails.

  • Available for Shared Mailboxes.

How to Enable Attachment Autopilot

Visit subscriptions.cloudextend.io and log in to the Admin Portal with your Microsoft ID. (This ID was provided earlier to your Customer Success Manager and is typically your Microsoft 365 email address.)

Step 1: Navigate to Subscriptions > Feature Assignment.

Step 2: Click on Edit.

Step 43: Admins can either:

  • Enable Attachments for Autopilot to All

  • Enable/disable for individual users from the list.

  • ๐Ÿ”„ Any update may take up to 1 hour to take effect.

  • Users can also reload the add-in for changes to apply immediately.

  • Admin will be prompted that all attachments will be synced to the NetSuite File Cabinet when Enabling the Attachment Autopilot for the first time.


What to expect after activating the Attachment Autopilot (NetSuite File Cabinet)?

In the portal, once an admin enables Attachment AP for users, they will have the option to sync attachments when configuring Thread or Email Autopilot. These attachments will be stored in the NetSuite File Cabinet.

  • Records associated with attachments would have an indicator shown in the Associated Records section.

  • Users can see how the Email Autopilot association was set for each NetSuite record with attachments or inline images.

  • Users can see the status of their associations in the Logs view.
