Overview
The CloudExtend Subscription Portal allows admins to manage user licenses at https://subscriptions.cloudextend.io.
When a subscription starts, a super admin is granted access to the portal. Super Admins and Admins can enable or disable the Autopilot feature for users.
💡 Note:
Autopilot for Email configuration is only available for Enterprise Edition.
How to Enable or Disable Email Autopilot for Users
Visit subscriptions.cloudextend.io and log in to the Admin Portal with your Microsoft ID. (This ID was provided earlier to your Customer Success Manager and is typically your Microsoft 365 email address.)
Step 1: Navigate to Subscriptions > Feature Assignment.
Step 2: Click on Edit.
Step 4: Admins can either:
Enable Autopilot for All
Enable/Disable Autopilot for individual users from the list.
🔄 Any update may take up to 1 hour to take effect.
Users can also reload the add-in for changes to apply immediately.
💡 Tip: ExtendSync gives users full control over how emails are attached to NetSuite. We’ve created a video and guide with suggestions on when to use each method.
