ExtendSync Google | Reduce search clutter by filtering your search results

ExtendSync does an auto-search for you to bring back relevant records which you want to attach your emails to.

When you choose an email, ExtendSync will search by checking the email addresses listed in the TO and CC sections. This search will bring back relevant records if it finds any matching records. Additionally, it searches for 5 or more digits in the email subject line.

To reduce the number of records returned, we recommend that you set a filter for those record types that will be relevant to you.

Step 1: Click on Menu > Settings then select Configure Records Filter.

Step 2: Select the record types you want to display.

Step 3: Click back and the setting will be saved on your end

💡 Note:

  • This is a user preference setting, you can always adjust this depending on your preference.

  • You can choose Custom Records on the list. Custom Records are only supported in manual association in this release.

  • Setting an email on Autopilot which associates with Custom Records will come in a future release.
