This powerful feature is available as a standalone subscription or as an add-on to ExtendSync for Outlook NetSuite.


What Is Calendar Autopilot?

Calendar Autopilot automates the entire event-syncing process:

Installation Overview

To enable Calendar Autopilot, your NetSuite Admin must first install the CloudExtend SuiteApp and assign user licenses in the Subscription Portal.

Step 1: Install SuiteApp in your NetSuite Account

  1. Log in to NetSuite as an Administrator.

  2. Navigate to the SuiteApps tab in your NetSuite navigation bar.

  3. In the search box, type “CloudExtend.”

  4. Multiple CloudExtend SuiteApps may appear — select the one with the CloudExtend logo shown below, which includes the latest functionality.

Step 2: Add Users in the CloudExtend Subscription Portal

  1. Log in using your Microsoft 365 admin credentials.

  2. Add or assign users to the Calendar Autopilot subscription.

  3. Save your changes — users are now activated for Calendar Autopilot
