Overview
ExtendSync for Google NetSuite Analytics provides insight into how the application is helping you save time and stay organized.
The Analytics feature allows eligible users to view email-saving activity, usage trends, and estimated time saved, all directly within the ExtendSync panel.
What Does Analytics Track?
Analytics tracks email activity that results in emails being saved to NetSuite, including:
Emails saved from Gmail Inbox
Emails saved from Sent Items
Emails saved when composing or replying in Gmail
Each successful email association contributes to your Saved Email Count.
What Insights Can I See?
By reviewing Analytics, you can understand:
Which save methods you use most (One-Time Save vs Autopilot, if enabled)
Visual charts (graphs and donut charts) showing ExtendSync usage
Daily, weekly, and monthly email-saving trends
Estimated time saved by using ExtendSync

How Do I Enable or Disable Analytics?
You can control whether Analytics is visible from the ExtendSync settings.
To enable the stats view:
1. Go to Menu->Settings 
| 2. Toggle View Analytics On to enable or Off to disable  |
Where Can I View Analytics Stats?
There are two places where you can view your ExtendSync Analytics.
The user-friendly interface will help users to check the amount of time saved and keep engaged. You can track and manage emails with insightful daily, weekly, and monthly summaries.
To see your ExtendSync usage, go to the following:
Available Records Section (Quick View)
When you select an email from your Inbox or Sent Items, the Analytics summary appears in the middle section of the ExtendSync panel.
This view shows:
Daily and weekly usage snapshots
A quick look at recent activity
This is ideal for a fast check without leaving your workflow.s.
Menu → Analytics (Detailed View)
For deeper insights:
Open ExtendSync.
Go to Menu → Analytics.
This view includes:
Expanded charts and graphs
Monthly usage summaries
Detailed Saved Email Count statistics
