Learn the necessary steps to revert to the previous version of CloudExtend Excel in case you encounter difficulties while attempting to log in to the NextGen app or you upgraded but now would like to revert back.
🚨 The below should only be done if your NetSuite Email is the same as the email with which you logged into the current application!! Also, once you revert back, please refrain from Upgrading again until you speak with someone from our Support team.
For Windows User
Step 1: Right-click within the CloudExtend app
Step 2: Go to the Console tab then copy and paste the script

For Mac Users
Step 1: Click the i icon at the upper right corner of the application.
Step 2: Choose Clear Web Cache.
Step 3: Close and relaunch the add-in.
Once you revert back, please refrain from Upgrading again until you speak with someone from our Support team.
