Templates not available when trying out CloudExtend Excel NextGen App

Users that have clicked "Try It Now" to try out the CloudExtend Excel NextGenApp won't be able to directly access the templates they created in the previous app. Don't worry, they're not lost, when you decide to permanently upgrade, we will migrate them to the new application for you.

Meanwhile follow the steps below if you need to use a template created in the old app.

  1. Click the menu icon at the top left and select the option to go back to the previous version.

  2. Load a template from your previous version

  3. Then, from the home screen, go back and use 'Try It Now' to load the new version of the App

  4. From here you should be able to manage your NetSuite data on this template in the new app.

Any new templates you create in the new app as well as all the templates created in the old app will all carry forward when you use the 'Upgrade Now' option.
