Reloading ExtendSync is often the fastest way to resolve temporary issues caused by cached data or UI inconsistencies.
This action forces Outlook to reload the ExtendSync add-in without affecting your login or settings.
When Should I Reload ExtendSync?
Try reloading the app if you notice:
ExtendSync is not loading or appears stuck
NetSuite records are slow to appear
Recent changes (permissions, licenses, roles) were made
General UI glitches or partial loading issues
Reloading is safe and can be done at any time.
How to Reload ExtendSync
Option 1: Right-Click Reload (Recommended)
Click anywhere inside the ExtendSync panel to ensure it has focus.
Right-click inside the panel.
Select Refresh or Reload

The add-in will reload immediately.

Option 2: Keyboard Reload (If Right-Click Is Unavailable)
If the right-click menu does not appear:
Click once inside the ExtendSync panel to give it focus.
Press F5 on your keyboard.
This forces the add-in to reload.
โ Verify the Reload
After reloading:
The ExtendSync panel should refresh
Records should load normally
Previously missing or delayed data may appear
If the issue was caused by cached data, it should now be resolved.
Additional Tips
Reloading does not log you out of ExtendSync.
You can reload multiple times if needed.
If reloading does not help, try:
Closing and reopening Outlook
Checking network connectivity
