This means CloudExtend attempted to retrieve your Microsoft user profile, but no valid email address was found in the account attributes.
Resolution
Your Microsoft Administrator must update your user profile in the Azure Portal to include your email address.
Steps for Microsoft Admins
Step 1: Go to https://portal.azure.com/#home
Step 2: Search for Users on the top and select the option that has a colored icon.
Step 3: You will see the list of Users, click on the target user's name.
Step 4: Go to Properties and enter the user's proper Microsoft email. Also, check the first name and last name.
Step 5: Ask the users to retry to log into CloudExtend app.
