Quick answers to common questions about what the HubSpot integration does and doesn't support today.
🔵 Can I filter and download association data?
Yes. Association data can be downloaded and filtered.
Standard fields support OR filter logic.
Association fields support AND logic only.
A single filter set with up to 6 filters is supported.
🔵 Can I upload to HubSpot Analytics objects?
No. HubSpot Analytics objects are read-only.
You can download analytics data, but Upload, Refresh, and Delete are not supported.
🔵 What happens if an association fails during upload?
The parent record can still be created or updated successfully.
If an association cannot be created, ExtendInsights reports it as a warning in the Results column rather than a failed upload.
🔵 Which HubSpot Lists are supported?
The following static list types are supported:
Company
Contact
Deal
Order
Ticket
Other HubSpot list types are not currently supported.
🔵 How do picklist(drop-down) fields work?
For supported dropdown fields, click the Excel cell to select a value from the available HubSpot options.
ExtendInsights automatically converts the selected value to the appropriate HubSpot ID during upload.
Note: Only static dropdown fields are supported. Reference-based picklists are not available in this release.
🔵 Why can't I refresh Owners, Forms, or Form Analytics?
HubSpot's API currently supports refreshing only one Owner record at a time, making batch refresh operations unreliable. As a result, Refresh is not available for the following object types:
Owners
Forms
Form Analytics
These objects are excluded from refresh operations in the current release.
🔵 Is there a limit on filter groups?
Yes.
ExtendInsights supports a single group filter with up to 6 filters.
HubSpot supports up to 5 filter groups, but multiple filter groups are not currently supported in ExtendInsights.
🔵 Can I share a template across my organization?
No. Template sharing across an organization is not supported in this release.
🔵 What refresh schedules are available?
You can schedule data refreshes using the following frequencies:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Yearly
Note: Hourly refresh is not currently supported.
