This article explains the download limits you may encounter when retrieving HubSpot data using ExtendInsights.
Are there download limits?
In most cases, no. You can download HubSpot records without a size limit when retrieving all records.
However, when you apply filters, the HubSpot API limits the result set to 10,000 records.
How can I download more than 10,000 filtered records?
If your filtered results exceed 10,000 records, consider one of the following approaches:
Download all records without filters, then use Excel or Power Query to filter the data locally.
Split your download into smaller date ranges or filter ranges so each query returns fewer than 10,000 records.
Best Practices
Apply filters only when necessary.
For large datasets, download all records and perform additional analysis in Excel or Power Query.
If possible, break large downloads into multiple smaller queries.
