Advanced Setting - Email Body Inspection
With this release, we have added a setting in the Advanced Settings section in Available records which when enabled will scan your email body and look for numbers that are transaction ids and have 3 or more digits and fetch related transaction records and show them in Available records.
Note: Enable this setting only if your use case involves getting transaction numbers in Email body and you need to see the related transactions in Available records based on that email, as enabling this feature will slow down the Available records load.
Version: 6.0.0.3 (Jan 2025 Update)
Date: 22nd Jan 2025
About this Release
This release contains enhancement and bug fixes for ExtendSync for Google. We have added support for Custom Transactions in the add in. You can now search custom transactions within the add in and also associate your emails to Custom transactions in NetSuite. We have also fixed an issue with Subject Inspection where if the transaction number started with 0, available records were not being fetched. This is fixed now. We have also fixed an issue with Real time Cal Sync where the event sync would not work if user had a custom form as preferred form in NetSuite for Events and that form had any mandatory fields. This is fixed now and the custom form in NetSuite shouldn't impact the Google to NetSuite sync as ExtendSync would use the standard Event form to sync events to NetSuite.

Enhancements
Support for Custom transactions:
With this release, you will be able to work with Custom Transactions in ExtendSync for Outlook. To enable this record type, you need to go to Settings --> Configure records and enable Custom Transactions.
Once done you will be able to see related custom transactions to current email in Available records. You can also search for any custom transaction in Global search. You will be able to associate emails to Custom transactions and also enable Thread or Email Autopilot.
Fixed Issues
Issue with Subject Inspection when transaction ids started with 0 in Email Subject: There was an issue with the Subject Inspection feature where if the transaction id started with 0s at the beginning the app was ignoring those when searching for related transactions in NetSuite and showing them in Available records. Users had to search for it and add manually. This is fixed now. The app should detect transaction ids that have leading 0's and show related records in Available records.
Fixed issue with Real time Calendar Sync when preferred form in NetSuite was a custom form: Before this release, if you had a custom event form set as the preferred form in NetSuite, the CloudExtend application would not be able to sync events due to the presence of mandatory fields that the CloudExtend application was not aware of. Hence, we recommended all our customers to use the standard event form as the preferred form in NetSuite. But now with this release, your organization will be able to use the custom event form to create events within NetSuite by default, while the CloudExtend application will use the standard event form when syncing your Google Calendar events to NetSuite.
For CloudExtend to use standard event form, follow the below step in your NetSuite account. Go to the Celigo CloudExtend Configuration Wizard. In step two, Calendar & Autopilot Settings, under “Standard NetSuite event form to be used to create events”, select the standard event form and click Save.

About this Release
This release introduces the Remove Association feature. This feature is useful any time an email is mistakenly attached to NetSuite record and needs to be deleted without clicking over to NetSuite. Remove Association works for all manual associations and any new Autopilot associations that sync after this release.
What Has Changed in This Release
Enhancements
Remove Association:
Users have been asking for the ability to delete messages that were mistakenly associated to NetSuite records via ExtendSync for Google. The current method required the user to go in their NetSuite account and delete the message from Communication tab. However, the record still showed as associated in the ExtendSync app and on the email message.
With this enhancement, users now have the option directly within ExtendSync to remove the association against each Associated record in the Associated records section. Using this they can seamless delete the message from NetSuite right from ExtendSync.
You can view the Remove Association option for emails which are already associated to NetSuite records under the three dot menu in Associated Records section. Once selected, you can choose the records you want the message to be removed from and click on Remove.
Once you click on Remove, you will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the message from NetSuite. Once confirmed, the messages will be deleted from NetSuite and you will not see them in ExtendSync under Associated records section as shown below.
When an association is removed, the following actions occur:
Message is deleted from under the Communication --> Messages tab in NetSuite. If there were any file attachments included, those will still be present in your file cabinet. Only the message will be deleted.
Association will be removed from Associated records section in the add in.
NOTE: You cannot remove a shared association. This means if someone in your organization associated an email to NetSuite record and you are viewing the same email and see the Associated records with purple indication, you will not be able to remove the shared association. ExtendSync will display the dialog box shown below.
Known Issue
Older Autopilot Associations will not support this feature: Older emails that were synced via Email or Thread AP before this release will not have this feature. When you go to an older email that was associated via Autopilot and try to remove the association, you will get a message on hover saying this is not allowed as shown below:
Note: Any new message syncing via Autopilot after this release will have the option to remove association.
