Admin: Install ExtendSync for Google Workspace NetSuite (Marketplace Guide)

This guide walks Google Workspace Super Admins through installing the ExtendSync app from the Google Workspace Marketplace. This is the first required step for all ExtendSync deployments.


Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

  • A Google Workspace Super Admin account

  • Access to the Google Admin Console

  • Your organization’s Google Workspace domain


Install the application from the Marketplace

You can install the application using either a direct link or by navigating through the Marketplace.

Step 1: Sign in to Admin Console

  1. To sign in using your Google Workspace Super Admin account

  2. If needed, navigate to:
    Google Apps → Admin

Step 2: Open app from Google Workspace Marketplace

Option 1: Using the Direct Link

  • Click below to open the app directly in the Marketplace:
    ➡️ CloudExtend Install Link (Install Link)

Option 2: From the Marketplace

  1. In the left navigation menu, go to:
    Apps → Google Workspace Marketplace apps → App list

  2. Click INSTALL APP.

Step 3: Install App

  1. Search for “CloudExtend Enterprise Sync for NetSuite”.

  2. Select CloudExtend then click the Admin Install button.

  3. A notification will appear, click Continue.

  4. Click Done to complete the installation.

Step 4 : Check if the app has been added to the Marketplace

  1. Go back to your Marketplace tab then refresh your screen.

  2. CloudExtend Enterprise Sync for NetSuite should be added to the list.


🎉 Installation Complete

You’re now ready to configure Google API scopes so ExtendSync can connect Gmail and Drive to NetSuite.
