Install the ExtendSync Gmail SuiteApp
This step requires NetSuite admin permission:
Step 1: In NetSuite, hover over SuiteApps and open it in a new tab.
Step 2: On the search box, enter “CloudExtend” then press the application and click on Install.
Step 3: Select CloudExtend Gmail for NetSuite and click Install. Installation may take a few minutes.
Step 4: After installation, inform users they must install the ExtendSync Chrome Extension to start using the app.
Tip for Google Workspace Super Admins
If your organization prefers centralized deployment, you can force-install the ExtendSync Chrome Extension for all users or specific groups.
This ensures all users have the extension automatically and no manual installation required.
