The ExtendSync Gmail SuiteApp powers core Gmail-to-NetSuite functionality, enabling users to attach emails, view threads, and streamline record updates.

This article will guide you through installing the SuiteApp in NetSuite.

This step requires NetSuite admin permission:

Step 1: In NetSuite, hover over SuiteApps and open it in a new tab.

Step 2: On the search box, enter “CloudExtend” then press the application and click on Install.

Step 3: Select CloudExtend Gmail for NetSuite and click Install. Installation may take a few minutes.

Step 4: After installation, inform users they must install the ExtendSync Chrome Extension to start using the app.
