Google Calendar Sync: Google OAuth Setup Errors

Troubleshooting guide for common Google OAuth errors encountered during CloudExtend Realtime CalSync setup, including "Failed to process google calendar oauth callback" and "User document NOT found" errors.

This article covers two common errors you may encounter while setting up Google OAuth for the CloudExtend Realtime CalSync product.


Error 1: Failed to process google calendar oauth callback req for provided admin email

Full error message:

Failed to process google calendar oauth callback req for provided admin email. Retrying after revoking the access might help.

You may encounter this issue while setting up Google OAuth for the CloudExtend Realtime CalSync product.

Reason

Access has already been granted to the same application previously.

Fix

  1. Open your Gmail and click on your profile picture.

  2. Go to Manage your Google Account.

  3. Navigate to the Security & Sign-in section.

  4. Scroll down to Your connections to third-party apps & services.

  5. Locate "Celigo Inc. CloudExtend for Calendar Sync" (expand the list if needed).

  6. Click on it and scroll down to find the option to remove access (Delete the connections you have with Celigo Inc. CloudExtend for Calendar Sync).

  7. Click on the confirmation.

  8. Retry the Google OAuth process.


Error 2: User document NOT found for user profile email

Full error message:

User document NOT found for user profile email

You may encounter this issue while setting up Google OAuth for the CloudExtend Realtime CalSync product.

Reason

Access has already been granted by a different administrator or with a different email account.

Fix

Please contact CloudExtend support using the chat icon at the bottom right of this article with the new administrator's email address, along with the following details:

  • Previous administrator's email address

  • NetSuite Account ID

  • New administrator's email address
