Overview

If you need to confirm which version of ExtendSync for Google is installed in your NetSuite account, you can do so by checking the installed SuiteBundle details.

This task must be completed by a NetSuite Administrator.

How to Check the Installed ExtendSync Bundle Version

  1. Log in to NetSuite using an Administrator role.

  2. Go to Customization β†’ SuiteBundler β†’ Search & Install Bundles β†’ List.

  3. In the list of installed bundles, locate:
    ​Celigo CloudExtend for Google Apps

  4. Review the Version column shown to the right of the bundle name.

This is the currently installed ExtendSync bundle version.


What to Expect

After completing these steps:

  • You can clearly see the installed bundle version number

  • The bundle status shows as installed

  • The version number can be shared with CloudExtend Support if needed

No changes are made to your account during this process.
