If you no longer need a specific NetSuite connection in ExtendSync for Outlook, you can easily remove it from the app.
Removing unused connections helps keep your workspace organized and ensures you’re only connected to the NetSuite accounts and roles you actively use.
How to Remove a NetSuite Connection
Step 1: Go to Menu and select Connection.
Step 2: Select the connection name and click the three dots.
Step 3: Click Delete to disconnect.
The connection will be removed immediately, and you’ll no longer see it listed under your available connections.
⚠️ Note
Deleting a connection does not affect your NetSuite data. It only removes the link between ExtendSync and that NetSuite account/role.
You can always reconnect later by adding a new connection under Menu → Connections → NetSuite Connections → Add Connection.
