There is a need to review your chrome settings for the profile that is logged in.
Resolution
If cookies are blocked, some ExtendSync features may not function properly. To ensure optimal performance, update your Chrome browser settings to allow cookies.
Allow Third-Party Cookies
Step 1: In your Chrome browser, click the three dots in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Go to Settings.
Step 3: Hit Privacy and Security> Third-party cookies.
Step 4: Select Allow third-party cookies.
Step 5: Refresh the browser and reload your Outlook.
Block Third-party cookies and use ExtendSync
If you want to keep the Block third-party cookies and use ExtendSync, do the following:
Step 1: In your Chrome browser, click the three dots in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Go to Settings.
Step 3: Hit Privacy and Security> Third-party cookies.
Step 4: Select Block third-party cookies
Add
olns.cloudextend.app
in the Sites allowed to use third-party cookies section.
Step 5: Refresh the browser and reload your Outlook.
This adjustment helps ExtendSync run smoothly and enhances its functionality. π
